How to Use the Workout Plans Feature

When you sign in to SaveTrainer, you’ll have access to effective workout plans curated by our fitness experts.


What are SaveTrainer Workout Plans?

SaveTrainer Workout Plans are pre-built programs designed to help you achieve your fitness and bone health goals. Each plan lasts for 4 weeks and includes 3-4 days of workouts per week.


How to Get Started

  1. Click on Workout Plans in the main menu or dashboard

  1. Hover over a plan and choose "Preview Workout Plan" to review if the plan aligns with your fitness goals and preferences.

  1. If you'd like to select this plan, click "Add to My Plan" once you've decided.

  1. You can access your Plan by clicking on "My Plan" in the main menu.
