The Stats & History feature automatically tracks your progress and workout history to help you stay you accountable, consistent, and motivated.
Your Stats section shows you the specific number of workout classes you’ve completed within weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.
The calendar provides a historical overview of the workout classes you’ve completed. Workout classes are automatically added to your calendar upon completion.
